Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped the same or next day if items are in stock. Forge Automotive cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for items that are out of stock. We have multiple suppliers and carry stock that varies significantly in size so shipping times will not be the same. Additionally, if purchasing multiple items, they may be coming from different suppliers and therefore we cannot guarantee that they will be shipped together. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our hired courier service. While we will definitely assist with any claims, we cannot be held accountable for their delays. Customers must notify us of any special shipping arrangements. Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur additional shipping costs and/or a 20% restocking fee.
We utilise a third-party courier service that may require a signature upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
All packages leaving our facilities undergo careful packaging, insulation, and an additional inspection for accuracy and quality control. If you receive a damaged package, inspect it in the presence of the carrier before signing. Damage claims will be handled with the respective carrier, and we will ship replacement items after the claim is processed and reimbursed. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will either exchange the item upon request or provide a refund for the item amount.
